You will need a credit card to pay online. Parking infringements must be paid in full. City of Melbourne does not accept part payments.

In Person

Step 1.Bring your infringement ticket

You can pay via this method as soon as you receive your parking infringement notice. To pay in person, you will need to bring your infringement notice or know the license plate number of the vehicle you are paying for.

Visit us at 120 Central Street, Russell Point. The cashier's desk is open between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Cash, Visa or Mastercard only.

Step 3.Visit Australia Post

Pay by cash, EFTPOS or cheque at any post office within 28 days of receiving your parking infringement notice. Find your nearest Australia Post locations and hours here.
